THAI RED CURRY

A delicious thai spicy dinner

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 400g Chricken fille
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 bag of Jasmine Rice
  • 1 bag of Santa Maria Red Curry spice Mix
  • 1 Coconut Milk tin

Directions

  • Shred and brown chicken fillet in oil.
  • Add the spice mixture and stir for 2 minutes
  • Add the coconut milk
  • Add the shredded paprika, or other vegetables
  • Boil for 5-10 minutes
